Accommodation in Madrid

Shared Flats
The majority of our shared student flats are located in the Argüelles area. This is a very popular area for students to live in, located between the University of Complutense and the historic centre. There is easy access to the university, both by bus and by metro, and the area offers many student facilities like cheap restaurants, shops, supermarkets and much more.
Host Family
Our host families are located more spread throughout the centre of Madrid and, unlike the student flats, are not in one specific area. Although the families we use in Madrid are located all over the centre of the city, they all have easy access to the university either by bus or metro. The areas are more residential in nature, which is where the typical Spanish families live, and you will find parks, shopping facilities, local restaurant and much more.
Own Flat
If you prefer to live in your own studio flat, we can offer you a studio flat in the Andromeda complex. The Andromeda studio apartments are located in the central district of Alonso Martinez. It has 24h concierge, a cafeteria, telephone in each apartment (some with high speed internet ADSL connection), air-conditioning and central heating, satellite TV and they also offer laundry, rent of safety boxes and fax services. The studios have a big room divided into a living and sleeping area, a small kitchenette with cookers and a fridge, and an independent private bathroom.
