Salamanca Photos: Palacio de Anaya

Palacio de Anaya is a beautiful palace, built in the early 1500s in the neoclassical style. It is famous for its four pillars at the front, holding a triangle shaped stone roof. The palace contains a courtyard, a majestic staircase and two galleries. In 1762 the palace was renovated because it was partly destroyed. Nowadays, faculties of Language and Philosophy are situated in the building.
